"I tried the TheraCup hoping it would help with muscle relief and recovery, but unfortunately it didn’t deliver the results I was expecting. Despite using it consistently and following the instructions, I didn’t notice any meaningful improvement in soreness or tension. The concept is appealing, and the device itself seems well-made, but in terms of actual effectiveness, it fell short for me. It may work differently for others, but based on my experience, it wasn’t worth the investment. Overall, I was disappointed and wouldn’t personally recommend it if you’re looking for noticeable relief."
