"I have a muscle disorder and I buy a new thumper every year. I have to admit, this one is great. It's the quietest thumper I have and the heated attachment is a game changer. However, I can't help but being disappointed that I spent nearly half a thousand dollars on one of the most expensive consumer massagers and the main button only works every other time I click it. I can always make it work to turn on/off and change speeds but I always have to click the button extra times to get it to operate as expected. It's a minor inconvenience but it is a never ending nuisance that I can't get over since this is the most expensive thumper I've ever spent my money on. I guess I expected it to just work and that was too much to expect."
