"Great roller to mix traditional roller exercises with the vibration power that relaxes further your muscles. Definitely recommended to everyone!"
"I love this roller. I have bought one for myself, my daughter, and I recommend it to my clients and family as well. I use vibration therapy to stimulate and move lymph and blood blockages . My favorite way to use this roller is laying down flat or inclined with it placed under my knees. Other favorites are held across my collar bones as I squat up and down and laying down with it placed vertically on my sternum. The only upgrade I would suggest is that the plus and minus buttons have either a light behind them to know which is which or even better would be that they have raised surfaces (instead of being indented) to more easily feel the buttons that increase or decrease the vibration without having to look at it. Thank you for a great product!"
