Great for jaw muscles
"I have really bad TMJD and have been using a Theragun Mini on my jaw (masseter and pterygoid), which has been surprisingly helpful - but the rounded attachment is pretty diffuse and takes a long time to loosen things up (and also makes my nose itch like mad). I got the cone attachment, not expecting much, but it is definitely easier to target small knots and helps me feel better much faster. And it has the side benefit of not making my nose as itchy!
