WANT TO LOVE - Can’t

"I did so much research and decided on this mask and I want to love it but I can’t because it is so heavy and I would’ve just dealt with it. . I’ve had it for almost 90 days but it has actually caused a broken blood vessel in the area where it puts a lot of pressure on the bridge of my nose. I would love to try the GLO version which is supposed to be lighter but I don’t know the differences other than that and I am not spending more money after being out on this device. So disappointing because I really felt like it was starting to help with my skin."

It works!

"Two weeks in and fine lines are already less apparent. I rotate through all 3 minute light cycles back to back for 9 minutes total. I don’t understand all the negative comments on it being heavy. I’m petite (5’4” 130 pounds 41 years old) and it isn’t that bad. I use it every day after I get out of the shower and apply my face serums before. It really does make a difference. Nothing else has given me this quick of results but you have to use it consistently. The battery is also great. I have had it for 2 weeks and still haven’t had to charge it. The money has been worth it!"

Too big, heavy

"I love this mask when I am able to use it. It is too big for my face/head and very heavy. The straps at the tightest don’t really secure it to my face so I have to use it laying down. I am also unable to use the massage and scalp feature due to the looseness of it which is very disappointing."

LIGHT THERAPY WORKS!

"I have used light therapy for 13 years and it really works on wrinkles and firmness. Using it daily, I'm on my 3rd Lite Stem. Bought my TheraFace Mask as a present to myself as I love the concept of treating my entire face at once, instead of section by section. Chose this brand as it has more lights, including the mouth area, as compared to the other brand. Plus TheraBody is a very reputable brand that I trust. Have used this product daily since I received it and am very pleased with the results and ease of usage. Highly recommend it."

"It didn’t work, would not take a charge. Therabody has no customer service. It’s all AI and the process to exchange a lemon is going to be a month long. Maybe it’s a great product, but I’ll shop with a better seller next time."

Good coverage but HEAVY

"This mask was recommended by a local dermatologist so when I read the reviews, many people said it was heavy, but I kind of ignored that. But I received it and yes, it is so heavy that I have to sit upright and hold it with my thumbs to keep it off my face a little bit otherwise my face becomes completely dented Severely and I just don’t think it has to be that way. My daughter has a mask that’s fabulous. That is very lightweight and has just as many LEDs so I would not purchase this again or recommend it unless someone used it and understood what they were getting into."
