"I ordered the TheraFace Pro 7 months ago and have used it once a day religiously on problem spots. I would not expect the same result as mine with inconsistent use. With the very first use, overnight impurities were pushed out of my skin. The clogged, inflamed skin around my nose was quieted and the 'bumps' were gone within 2 weeks for the first time in my life. Over time the pore size on my nose, cheeks, chin and forehead was diminished and my pores were no longer filled with white heads. The verticle lines around my mouth have virtually disappeared, as have the crow's feet around my eyes. I have had an outbreak around my nose and have used the blue light which resolved the outbreak in a few days. Historically outbreaks have taken about 10 days to clear. I had my eyebrows microbladed in 2017 and the residual was completely pink skin where the microblading had been. After using this tool for about 4 months the pink skin had faded to the point that it is barely visible. I also use this tool on the age spots on my hands which have faded significantly. I wish this tool had been available years ago as my skin would have looked so much better. I just ordered a full face mask and am expecting great things! I love this technology!"

Idealistic but not as effective

"I was really excited about this tool considering it seems to have everything I needed all in one tool. However, I was particularly unpleased with the cold ring attachment because the surface area was so small it didn’t make a difference in feeling less puffy. Additionally, the area surrounding the cold ring got very warm, overpowering the cold ring."

"Decisamente è un prodotto che vale l’attenzione. Non posso dire che sono soddisfatta perché ho cominciato di usare da poco . Purtroppo devo notare che il cavo di alimentazione no funziona . Per quello che costa le cose simile non possono accadere. Perplessità per il conductive gel. Una volta finito dove potremo acquistarlo di nuovo. ?"

Ordered but not delivered by Therabody

"Beware of ordering this item!! this item is not cheap and i have paid faithfully believing i will get the product, the Therabody has not delivered this item but instead has sent a wrong item twice to fulfill my order. Therabody has been poor in fulfillment of my order. I was very excited to try for the first time this product, and to see it myself how it would be effective and helpful. I dont recommend anyone ordering this item for you will not get it delivered, despite the customer service sending email that it is in process. The order was Nov 23,2023 and its already January 13,2026. Till now no fulfillment of the order was delivered. This is a big trick to customers."

"I suffer from really bad tmj and this device gave me such relief for my jaw and neck pain unfortunately after a week the part where you place the attachments became loose so I had to return it I was approved for a replacement but still haven’t received any news on when a new one will be sent it’s been almost a month already and for the price of the item I’m surprised it takes this long to get a new one back ."
